1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using eugraduate.com ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. EU Graduate ("we," "us," "our," or "the Operator") reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced on the website. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

2. Who We Are & What We Offer

EU Graduate is a private preparation platform for the EPSO AD5 (European Personnel Selection) 2026 exam cycle, operated by Nelson Luis. The Platform provides study tools, flashcards, practice tests, essay training, and optional 1:1 coaching services.

We are independent and not affiliated with EPSO, the European Commission, or any EU institution. We are not an official EPSO resource.

3. User Accounts & Registration

To use the Platform, you must:

Be at least 18 years old
Provide accurate, current contact information (email address)
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
Not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activity on your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at info@eugraduate.com.

4. No Exam Guarantee & Disclaimer of Results

  Critical: EU Graduate does not guarantee exam success, passing scores, or selection to any EU institution. Exam results depend entirely on your preparation, performance, and the EPSO selection criteria. We make no warranties about your exam outcome.

Our practice materials are for study only and are not official EPSO materials.
Exam format, content, dates, and scoring rules may change. Always check eu-careers.europa.eu for official information.
We are not responsible for missed deadlines, format changes, or exam schedule updates.
Success depends on your effort, study habits, and exam performance—not on our platform alone.

5. Acceptable Use & Content Policy

You agree not to:

Copy, resell, or redistribute any Platform content or course materials
Share login credentials or allow multiple users to access one account
Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to download content
Submit false, misleading, or harmful content (essays, flashcards, comments)
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Platform
Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

6. Your Content & Intellectual Property

Your content: When you submit essays, flashcards, or comments to the Platform, you retain ownership of your content. By submitting, you grant EU Graduate permission to use, store, and display your content for feedback and community learning purposes only.

Our content: All Platform content—including study plans, flashcards, questions, explanations, and videos—is the intellectual property of EU Graduate and protected by copyright. You may use it solely for personal, non-commercial study. Reproduction or distribution requires written permission.

Third-party content: Where we reference official EPSO materials, EU legislation, or other sources, we do so for educational purposes and cite the source. These materials remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Subscription Plans & Pricing

7.1 Free Plan

The free tier gives access to selected tools (flashcards, checklist, insights blog). No payment required. We may limit the number of free questions or features available.

7.2 Monthly PRO (€20/month)

Auto-renews each month unless cancelled
Cancel anytime via your account settings or email us
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
Full refund available if requested within 7 days of charge
After 7 days, the month is non-refundable

7.3 Lifetime PRO (€179 one-time)

One-time payment grants permanent access to all PRO features
Non-refundable after purchase (this is a one-time license, not a subscription)
Includes access to all future AD5 competition cycles
If EU Graduate closes, we will provide download access to your data where possible

7.4 1:1 Coaching (€679, was €999)

Eight 60-minute Zoom sessions with the Operator
Sessions are personalized diagnostic, technique training, and mock exam review
Non-refundable after booking confirmation
Includes Lifetime PRO access
Sessions must be completed within 3 months of purchase
Rescheduling allowed with 48-hour notice; no-shows forfeit the session
Limited to 5 bookings per month (scarcity-based availability)

7.5 Prices & Discounts

EU Graduate may run promotional discounts (e.g., JULY20 = 20% off). Discounts apply only to stated products and cannot be combined. Prices are in EUR and exclude VAT where applicable.

8. Payment & Refunds

Payment processor: Payments are processed by Polar.sh. EU Graduate does not store your payment card details. Polar handles all payment security.

Refund policy summary:

Monthly PRO: 7-day money-back guarantee. Refund requests after 7 days are denied.
Lifetime PRO: Non-refundable. This is a permanent license purchase, not a trial.
Coaching: Non-refundable after booking. Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the session.

To request a refund, email info@eugraduate.com with your order ID and reason within the eligible window.

9. Limitation of Liability

  To the extent permitted by law: EU Graduate is not liable for:
  Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (lost profits, missed opportunities, exam failures)
Damages arising from exam format changes, EPSO policy changes, or missed deadlines
Service interruptions, data loss, or technical errors (though we take reasonable precautions)
Accuracy or completeness of study materials
Your exam performance or selection outcome

Maximum liability: Regardless of the claim, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (€20, €179, or €679).

10. Service Availability & Technical Issues

We aim to keep the Platform available 24/7, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or emergency repairs that temporarily take the Platform offline. We are not liable for service interruptions or data loss due to technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

In the event of a critical security breach, we will notify affected users as soon as reasonably possible.

11. Data Privacy & GDPR

Our privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described there. EU Graduate is compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for EU users.

12. User Conduct & Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

Violate these Terms
Engage in illegal activity
Repeatedly submit false or harmful content
Share your account or attempt to bypass access restrictions
Harass other users or the Operator

Termination may result in loss of access to all content and features. Paid subscriptions are not refunded upon termination for Terms violations.

13. Third-Party Links & External Content

The Platform may link to external resources (EPSO.eu, EU legislation databases, etc.). We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or content of external websites. Your use of third-party sites is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

14. Coaching Sessions — Special Terms

For users who purchase 1:1 coaching:

Sessions are confidential unless you consent to sharing feedback
No recording or reproduction of session content without written consent
The Operator is not a certified therapist or official EPSO advisor
Coaching is advisory only and does not guarantee exam success
Sessions must occur within 3 calendar months of purchase
No refunds for unused sessions after the 3-month window

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES THAT:

THE PLATFORM WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS
THE PLATFORM IS ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED
STUDY MATERIALS ARE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE
YOU WILL PASS THE EXAM OR BE SELECTED BY EPSO

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EU Graduate, its Operator, and any affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

Your use of the Platform
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of applicable law
Content you submit or share

17. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by German law. Any disputes shall first be subject to informal resolution. If unresolved after good-faith discussion, disputes may be submitted to the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

EU Graduate is not obligated to participate in arbitration or formal mediation, but will attempt to resolve complaints through email communication.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Impressum, constitute the entire agreement between you and EU Graduate regarding use of the Platform.

Wir sind unabhängig und nicht mit EPSO, der Europäischen Kommission oder einer EU-Einrichtung verbunden. Wir sind keine offizielle EPSO-Ressource.

3. Nutzerkonten und Registrierung

Zur Nutzung der Plattform müssen Sie:

Mindestens 18 Jahre alt sein
Genaue und aktuelle Kontaktinformationen (E-Mail-Adresse) angeben
Ihre Anmeldedaten vertraulich behandeln
Ihr Konto nicht mit anderen teilen oder unbefugten Zugriff zulassen

Sie sind verantwortlich für alle Aktivitäten in Ihrem Konto. Wenn Sie unbefugten Zugriff vermuten, benachrichtigen Sie uns sofort unter info@eugraduate.com.

4. Keine Prüfungsgarantie und Ergebnishaftungsausschluss

  Wichtig: EU Graduate garantiert keinen Prüfungserfolg, Bestehensergebnisse oder Auswahl für eine EU-Einrichtung. Die Prüfungsergebnisse hängen vollständig von Ihrer Vorbereitung, Ihrer Leistung und den EPSO-Auswahlkriterien ab. Wir übernehmen keine Gewähr für Ihr Prüfungsergebnis.

Unsere Unterrichtsmaterialien dienen nur zu Lernzwecken und sind keine offiziellen EPSO-Materialien.
Das Prüfungsformat, der Inhalt, die Daten und die Bewertungsregeln können sich ändern. Überprüfen Sie immer eu-careers.europa.eu auf offizielle Informationen.

5. Akzeptable Nutzung und Inhaltsrichtlinie

Sie erklären sich damit einverstanden, nicht:

Anmeldedaten zu teilen oder mehreren Benutzern den Zugriff auf ein Konto zu ermöglichen

Falsche, irreführende oder schädliche Inhalte (Essays, Lernkarten, Kommentare) zu übermitteln
Zu versuchen, in die Plattform einzubrechen oder sie zu stören

Verstöße gegen diese Regeln können zur Sperrung oder Kündigung des Kontos ohne Rückerstattung führen.

6. Ihre Inhalte und geistiges Eigentum

Ihre Inhalte: Wenn Sie Essays, Lernkarten oder Kommentare zur Plattform einreichen, behalten Sie das Eigentum an Ihren Inhalten. Durch das Einreichen gewähren Sie EU Graduate die Erlaubnis, Ihre Inhalte ausschließlich für Feedback- und gemeinschaftliche Lernzwecke zu verwenden, zu speichern und anzuzeigen.

Unsere Inhalte: Alle Plattforminhalte – einschließlich Lernpläne, Lernkarten, Fragen, Erklärungen und Videos – sind geistiges Eigentum von EU Graduate und durch das Urheberrecht geschützt. Sie dürfen sie ausschließlich zum persönlichen, nicht kommerziellen Lernen verwenden. Vervielfältigung oder Verbreitung erfordert schriftliche Genehmigung.

Inhalte von Drittanbietern: Wenn wir auf offizielle EPSO-Materialien, EU-Rechtsvorschriften oder andere Quellen verweisen, tun wir dies zu Bildungszwecken und führen die Quelle an. Diese Materialien bleiben Eigentum ihrer jeweiligen Eigentümer.

7. Abos und Preisgestaltung

7.1 Kostenloses Abo

Die kostenlose Version bietet Zugriff auf ausgewählte Tools (Lernkarten, Checkliste, Insights-Blog). Keine Zahlung erforderlich. Wir können die Anzahl der kostenlosen Fragen oder verfügbaren Funktionen einschränken.

7.2 Monatliches PRO (€20/Monat)

Wird jeden Monat automatisch erneuert, sofern nicht gekündigt
Jederzeit über Kontoeinstellungen oder E-Mail kündbar
Die Kündigung wird am Ende des aktuellen Abrechnungszeitraums wirksam
Vollständige Rückerstattung, wenn innerhalb von 7 Tagen nach der Gebühr angefordert
Nach 7 Tagen ist der Monat nicht erstattungsfähig

7.3 Lifetime PRO (€179 einmalig)

7.5 Preise und Rabatte

EU Graduate kann Aktionsrabatte durchführen (z.B. JULY20 = 20% Rabatt). Rabatte gelten nur für bestimmte Produkte und können nicht kombiniert werden. Preise sind in EUR und ausschließlich MwSt., wo zutreffend.

8. Zahlung und Rückerstattungen

Zahlungsabwickler: Zahlungen werden von Polar.sh bearbeitet. EU Graduate speichert Ihre Zahlungskartendaten nicht. Polar übernimmt die gesamte Zahlungssicherheit.

Rückerstattungsrichtlinie zusammengefasst:

Monatliches PRO: 7-Tage-Geld-zurück-Garantie. Rückerstattungsanfragen nach 7 Tagen werden abgelehnt.
Lifetime PRO: Nicht erstattungsfähig. Dies ist ein permanenter Lizenzkauf, kein Test.
Coaching: Nach Buchung nicht erstattungsfähig. Stornierungen müssen mindestens 48 Stunden vor der Sitzung angefordert werden.

9. Haftungsbeschränkung

  Im gesetzlich zulässigen Umfang: EU Graduate haftet nicht für:
  Indirekte, zufällige oder Folgeschäden (entgangene Gewinne, verpasste Chancen, Prüfungsfehlschläge)
Schäden aufgrund von Änderungen des Prüfungsformats, EPSO-Richtlinienänderungen oder verpasster Fristen
Serviceunterbrechungen, Datenverlust oder technische Fehler (obwohl wir angemessene Vorsichtsmaßnahmen treffen)
Genauigkeit oder Vollständigkeit von Lernmaterialien
Ihre Prüfungsleistung oder Auswahlresultat

Maximale Haftung: Unabhängig von der Forderung darf unsere Gesamthaftung Ihnen gegenüber den Betrag nicht übersteigen, den Sie in den letzten 12 Monaten an uns gezahlt haben (€20, €179 oder €679).

10. Verfügbarkeit des Service und technische Probleme

Wir bemühen uns, die Plattform 24/7 verfügbar zu halten, garantieren aber keinen ununterbrochenen Zugriff. Wir können Wartung, Updates oder Notfallreparaturen durchführen, die die Plattform vorübergehend offline nehmen. Wir haften nicht für Serviceunterbrechungen oder Datenverlust aufgrund technischer Probleme, die außerhalb unserer angemessenen Kontrolle liegen.

Im Falle eines kritischen Sicherheitsverstoßes benachrichtigen wir betroffene Benutzer so bald wie möglich.

11. Datenschutz und DSGVO

Unsere Datenschutzpraktiken werden in der Datenschutzerklärung beschrieben. Durch die Nutzung der Plattform stimmen Sie den dort beschriebenen Datenschutzpraktiken zu. EU Graduate ist konform mit der Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DSGVO) für EU-Nutzer.

12. Nutzerverhalten und Kontokündigung

Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, Ihr Konto zu sperren oder zu kündigen, wenn Sie:

Sich illegaler Aktivitäten beteiligen
Wiederholt falsche oder schädliche Inhalte einreichen
Ihr Konto teilen oder versuchen, Zugriffsbeschränkungen zu umgehen
Den Betreiber oder andere Nutzer belästigen

Die Kündigung kann zum Verlust des Zugriffs auf alle Inhalte und Funktionen führen. Bezahlte Abos werden bei Kündigung wegen Bedingungsverstößen nicht erstattet.

13. Links zu Drittanbietern und externe Inhalte

Die Plattform kann auf externe Ressourcen verlinken (EPSO.eu, EU-Rechtsvorschriftendatenbanken usw.). Wir sind nicht verantwortlich für die Genauigkeit, Legalität oder den Inhalt externer Websites. Ihre Nutzung von Drittanbieter-Seiten unterliegt deren eigenen Bedingungen und Datenschutzrichtlinien.

14. Coaching-Sitzungen – Besondere Bedingungen

Für Benutzer, die 1:1-Coaching erwerben:

Sitzungen sind vertraulich, sofern Sie nicht dem Teilen von Feedback zustimmen
Keine Aufzeichnung oder Vervielfältigung von Sitzungsinhalten ohne schriftliche Zustimmung
Der Betreiber ist kein zertifizierter Therapeut oder offizieller EPSO-Berater
Coaching ist nur beratend und garantiert keinen Prüfungserfolg
Sitzungen müssen innerhalb von 3 Kalendermonaten nach dem Kauf stattfinden
Keine Rückerstattungen für ungenutzte Sitzungen nach dem 3-Monats-Fenster

15. Ausschluss von Gewährleistungen

DIE PLATTFORM WIRD „WIE BESEHEN" UND „SO VERFÜGBAR" OHNE GEWÄHRLEISTUNGEN JEGLICHER ART BEREITGESTELLT. WIR GEWÄHRLEISTEN NICHT, DASS:

UNTERRICHTSMATERIALIEN GENAU ODER VOLLSTÄNDIG SIND
SIE DIE PRÜFUNG BESTEHEN ODER VON EPSO AUSGEWÄHLT WERDEN

16. Schadloshaltung

Sie erklären sich damit einverstanden, EU Graduate, dessen Betreiber und verbundene Unternehmen von allen Ansprüchen, Schäden oder Kosten freizustellen, die sich ergeben aus:

Ihrer Nutzung der Plattform
Ihrer Verletzung dieser Bedingungen
Ihrer Verletzung geltenden Rechts
Inhalten, die Sie einreichen oder teilen

17. Streitbeilegung

Diese Bedingungen unterliegen deutschem Recht. Alle Streitigkeiten unterliegen zunächst informeller Beilegung. Falls ungelöst nach guter-gläubiger Diskussion, können Streitigkeiten der Online-Streitbeilegungsplattform der Europäischen Kommission vorgelegt werden: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

EU Graduate ist nicht verpflichtet, an Schiedsverfahren oder formaler Mediation teilzunehmen, wird aber versuchen, Beschwerden durch E-Mail-Kommunikation zu lösen.

18. Salvatorische Klausel

Falls eine Bestimmung dieser Bedingungen für ungültig oder nicht durchsetzbar befunden wird, bleiben die übrigen Bestimmungen gültig.

19. Gesamtvereinbarung

Diese Bedingungen bilden zusammen mit der Datenschutzerklärung und dem Impressum die gesamte Vereinbarung zwischen Ihnen und EU Graduate bezüglich der Nutzung der Plattform.

  Critico: EU Graduate non garantisce il successo dell'esame, voti di superamento, o selezione a nessuna istituzione dell'UE. I risultati dell'esame dipendono interamente dalla tua preparazione, prestazione, e i criteri di selezione EPSO. Non garantiamo il tuo risultato d'esame.

Tuoi contenuti: Quando invii saggi, flashcard, o commenti alla Piattaforma, mantieni la proprietà dei tuoi contenuti. Inviando, concedi a EU Graduate il permesso di utilizzare, archiviare, e visualizzare i tuoi contenuti esclusivamente per scopi di feedback e apprendimento della comunità.

I Nostri Contenuti: Tutti i contenuti della Piattaforma—inclusi piani di studio, flashcard, domande, spiegazioni, e video—sono proprietà intellettuale di EU Graduate e protetti dal copyright. Puoi usarli esclusivamente per studio personale e non commerciale. La riproduzione o distribuzione richiede permesso scritto.

Contenuti di terzi: Quando facciamo riferimento a materiali ufficiali di EPSO, legislazione dell'UE, o altre fonti, lo facciamo per scopi educativi e citiamo la fonte. Questi materiali rimangono proprietà dei rispettivi proprietari.

7. Piani di Abbonamento e Prezzi

7.1 Piano Gratuito

Il livello gratuito fornisce accesso a strumenti selezionati (flashcard, checklist, blog di approfondimenti). Nessun pagamento richiesto. Possiamo limitare il numero di domande gratuite o funzionalità disponibili.

7.2 PRO Mensile (€20/mese)

Si rinnova automaticamente ogni mese se non annullato
Annulla in qualsiasi momento tramite le impostazioni dell'account o inviaci un'email
L'annullamento prende effetto alla fine del tuo ciclo di fatturazione corrente
Rimborso completo se richiesto entro 7 giorni dall'addebito
Dopo 7 giorni, il mese non è rimborsabile

7.3 PRO Lifetime (€179 una volta)

Un pagamento unico concede accesso permanente a tutte le funzionalità PRO
Non rimborsabile dopo l'acquisto (questa è una licenza unica, non un abbonamento)
Include accesso a tutti i futuri cicli di concorso AD5
Se EU Graduate chiude, ti forniremo accesso per scaricare i tuoi dati dove possibile

7.4 Coaching 1:1 (€679, precedentemente €999)

Otto sessioni Zoom di 60 minuti con l'Operatore
Le sessioni sono diagnostica personalizzata, training di tecnica, e revisione di mock esame
Non rimborsabile dopo la conferma della prenotazione
Include accesso PRO Lifetime
Le sessioni devono essere completate entro 3 mesi dall'acquisto
Riprogrammazione consentita con notifica di 48 ore; i no-show perdono la sessione
Limitato a 5 prenotazioni per mese (disponibilità basata su scarsità)

7.5 Prezzi e Sconti

EU Graduate può eseguire sconti promozionali (ad es. JULY20 = 20% di sconto). Gli sconti si applicano solo ai prodotti indicati e non possono essere combinati. I prezzi sono in EUR e escludono l'IVA dove applicabile.

8. Pagamento e Rimborsi

Processore di pagamento: I pagamenti sono elaborati da Polar.sh. EU Graduate non memorizza i dettagli della tua carta di pagamento. Polar gestisce tutta la sicurezza dei pagamenti.

Riepilogo della politica di rimborso:

PRO Mensile: Garanzia di rimborso a 7 giorni. Le richieste di rimborso dopo 7 giorni vengono negate.
PRO Lifetime: Non rimborsabile. Questo è un acquisto di licenza permanente, non un trial.
Coaching: Non rimborsabile dopo la prenotazione. Le cancellazioni devono essere richieste almeno 48 ore prima della sessione.

Per richiedere un rimborso, invia un'email a info@eugraduate.com con il tuo ID ordine e il motivo entro la finestra idonea.

9. Limitazione di Responsabilità

  Nella misura massima consentita dalla legge: EU Graduate non è responsabile per:
  Danni indiretti, incidentali, o consequenziali (lucri cessanti, opportunità perse, esami falliti)
Danni derivanti da cambi di formato dell'esame, cambi di politiche EPSO, o deadline mancate
Interruzioni di servizio, perdita di dati, o errori tecnici (anche se prendiamo misure ragionevoli)
Accuratezza o completezza dei materiali di studio
La tua prestazione all'esame o il risultato della selezione

Responsabilità massima: Indipendentemente dal reclamo, la nostra responsabilità totale nei tuoi confronti non deve superare l'importo che hai pagato negli ultimi 12 mesi (€20, €179, o €679).

10. Disponibilità del Servizio e Problemi Tecnici

Ci impegniamo a mantenere la Piattaforma disponibile 24/7, ma non garantiamo accesso ininterrotto. Possiamo effettuare manutenzione, aggiornamenti, o riparazioni di emergenza che prendono temporaneamente la Piattaforma offline. Non siamo responsabili per interruzioni di servizio o perdita di dati dovuti a problemi tecnici oltre il nostro controllo ragionevole.

In caso di violazione della sicurezza critica, notificheremo gli utenti interessati il prima possibile.

11. Privacy dei Dati e GDPR

Le nostre pratiche di privacy sono descritte nell'Informativa sulla Privacy. Utilizzando la Piattaforma, accetti le pratiche sui dati descritte lì. EU Graduate è conforme al Regolamento Generale sulla Protezione dei Dati (GDPR) per gli utenti dell'UE.

12. Condotta dell'Utente e Terminazione dell'Account

Ci riserviamo il diritto di sospendere o terminare il tuo account se:

Violi questi Termini
Ti impegni in attività illegali
Invii ripetutamente contenuti falsi o dannosi
Condividi il tuo account o tenti di bypassare restrizioni di accesso
Molesti altri utenti o l'Operatore

La terminazione può comportare la perdita di accesso a tutti i contenuti e funzionalità. Gli abbonamenti pagati non vengono rimborsati in caso di terminazione per violazioni dei Termini.

13. Link a Terzi e Contenuti Esterni

La Piattaforma può collegarsi a risorse esterne (EPSO.eu, database di legislazione dell'UE, ecc.). Non siamo responsabili per l'accuratezza, legalità, o contenuto dei siti web esterni. L'uso di siti di terzi è governato dai loro termini e dalle loro politiche sulla privacy.

14. Sessioni di Coaching – Termini Speciali

Per gli utenti che acquistano coaching 1:1:

Le sessioni sono riservate a meno che tu non acconsenta alla condivisione del feedback
Nessuna registrazione o riproduzione del contenuto della sessione senza consenso scritto
L'Operatore non è un terapeuta certificato o consulente ufficiale EPSO
Il coaching è solo consultivo e non garantisce il successo dell'esame
Le sessioni devono aver luogo entro 3 mesi di calendario dall'acquisto
Nessun rimborso per sessioni inutilizzate dopo la finestra di 3 mesi

15. Esclusione di Garanzie

LA PIATTAFORMA VIENE FORNITA "COSÌ COM'È" E "COME DISPONIBILE" SENZA GARANZIE DI ALCUN TIPO. NON GARANTIAMO CHE:

LA PIATTAFORMA SODDISFERÀ LE TUE ASPETTATIVE
LA PIATTAFORMA PRIVA DI ERRORI O ININTERROTTA
I MATERIALI DI STUDIO SIANO ACCURATI O COMPLETI
PASSERAI L'ESAME O SARAI SELEZIONATO DA EPSO

16. Indennizzo

Accetti di indennizzare e mantenere inoffeso EU Graduate, il suo Operatore, e eventuali affiliate da tutti i reclami, danni, o spese derivanti da:

Il tuo uso della Piattaforma
La tua violazione di questi Termini
La tua violazione della legge applicabile
Contenuti che invii o condividi

17. Risoluzione delle Controversie

Questi Termini sono disciplinati dalla legge tedesca. Tutte le controversie saranno prima soggette a risoluzione informale. Se non risolte dopo discussione in buona fede, le controversie possono essere sottoposte alla piattaforma di risoluzione dei reclami online della Commissione Europea: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

EU Graduate non è obbligato a partecipare a arbitrato o mediazione formale, ma tenterà di risolvere i reclami attraverso comunicazione via email.

18. Clausola Salvatoria

Se una disposizione di questi Termini fosse ritenuta non valida o non esecutiva, le restanti disposizioni rimangono in vigore.

19. Accordo Completo

Questi Termini, insieme all'Informativa sulla Privacy e all'Impressum, costituiscono l'intero accordo tra te e EU Graduate riguardante l'uso della Piattaforma.
